How To Ship With London Express BD

A simple, transparent process from your first quote to final delivery.

1. Request a Quote

Share the origin, destination, commodity, weight and dimensions of your shipment. We respond with the best route, mode and rate.

2. Booking & Packing

Confirm the booking and prepare your goods. Pack securely, label clearly and have commercial documents ready.

3. Documentation

Provide the commercial invoice, packing list and any permits or LC documents. We prepare the AWB / B/L and export paperwork.

4. Collection & Export

We collect your cargo, complete export customs and hand it to the carrier on the agreed schedule.

5. In Transit

Your shipment moves by air, ocean or express with tracking updates at each milestone.

6. Clearance & Delivery

We clear customs at destination and deliver to the consignee's door with proof of delivery.

Air and express freight is charged on the greater of actual or volumetric (dimensional) weight. Ocean LCL is charged per cubic metre or tonne, and FCL per container. We always quote clearly before you book.

For air freight, multiply length × width × height in centimetres and divide by 6000. The result, in kilograms, is compared to the actual weight and the higher figure is used.
